Booking & Appointment Guidelines

At Polish & Glo, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a fully customized, unrushed experience.

To maintain availability and deliver the highest level of service, the following guidelines apply:

Reservation Policy
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments.

Because your time is reserved exclusively, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any changes.

Changes & Cancellations
• 72+ hours notice → no fee
• Less than 72 hours → late change

Late adjustments may result in:
• Reschedule: 35% of the service
• Cancellation or no-show: 100% of the service

Late Arrivals
Appointments begin promptly to respect all scheduled clients.

• 10+ minutes late without notice → considered a no-show
• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling with a 50% fee

Due to the precision of lash, skin, and makeup services, appointment times cannot be shortened.

First-Time Client Courtesy
We understand that trying a new artist is a commitment.
First-time guests may be extended a one-time courtesy adjustment when possible.
