Booking Policies

At Polish & Glo, we value your time — and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly for every client, please review the following policies before booking:

Appointments & Payment

  • Card required for all appointments at the time of booking.

  • No refunds are given for any service, series, or package.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 72+ hours’ notice → No penalty, reschedule freely.

  • Less than 72 hours’ notice → Considered late. Each client receives one courtesy exception. Beyond that:

    • Late reschedule = 35% of the originally booked service(s).

    • Late cancel or no-show = 100% of the service(s).

Late Arrivals

  • 10+ minutes late without notice = considered a no-show and charged 100%.

  • 10+ minutes late with notice = appointment may need to be rescheduled and a 35% fee will apply.

  • Time-sensitive services (lash lifts, facials, makeup applications) cannot be shortened or adjusted — arriving late forfeits the service.

Service Changes

  • Changes within 72 hours (ex: booking a full set but switching to a lash lift) are treated as a late reschedule and charged 35% of the originally booked service(s).

Additional Notes

  • All services, packages, and promotions are non-refundable.

  • Fees are charged automatically to the card on file.

  • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
