Before You Book

At Polish & Glo, we respect your time — and ours. Please review our policies before reserving:

• Card required for all appointments.

• 72-hour reschedule/cancel window
  – Changes with 72+ hours’ notice = no charge.
  – Changes with less than 72 hours’ notice = considered late. Each client receives one courtesy exception. Beyond that:
  • Late reschedule = 35% fee of the original service(s).
  • Late cancel / no-show = 100% of the service(s).

• Late arrivals (10+ minutes)
  – If we haven’t heard from you by 10 minutes past your start time, your appointment is considered a no-show and charged 100%.
  – If you contact us but still arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a 35% fee will apply.
  – Time-sensitive services (lash lifts, facials, makeup applications) cannot be shortened or adjusted — arriving late forfeits the appointment.

• Service changes within 72 hours
  – For example, switching from a full set to a lash lift within 72 hours is considered a late reschedule and subject to a 35% fee of the originally booked service(s).
