How to Use
Apply blinc eyebrow mousse to clean, dry eyebrows. Use the wand to brush the mousse along the brow line with short strokes, first adding color to your natural brow hairs. Then fill in any sparse spots with more short strokes for a natural look. The wand tip can help with areas where you want less thickness. For sparse areas, use a thinner brush to mimic hair strokes. After use, put the wand back in the tube, wiping off any extra mousse, and seal it tightly. To remove, use a gentle makeup remover when you're ready.
